Three beautiful buildings available for location booking. Our spaces offer versatile and stunning locations to fit the needs of any kind of production. Featuring high ceilings, ample natural light, each area supports seamless filming, photography, and creative projects. These spaces provide the perfect backdrop for both large-scale productions and intimate shoots. They are equipped with modern amenities and flexible setups. Located in Central Los Angeles, they combine convenience with professional-grade facilities to elevate your creative vision.
Synagogue:
Built in 1928, renovated into artist’s studio from 2017-2019. Roughly 5,000 total square feet. 4,000 on ground level and 1,000 in upstairs lounge.
Craftsman House:
Built in 1924 and restored in 2019 / 1,800 square feet.
Art Deco Storefront:
Built in 1924 and renovated into artist’s ceramics studio in 2019 / 900 square feet.

To inquire about a booking, please send us a message with the proposed dates of your booking, what kind of production you are booking for, amount of people anticipated on set, as well as which building you are interested in booking.
IMPORTANT:
-Renter must provide proof of insurance.
-Must provide flooring protection.
-Must provide appropriate security for active entry/exits.
-Renter assumes ALL liability for damages to property during booking.
*30% cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of check in.
